Alongside the Eid al-Adha Qurbani, you can also give a voluntary (nafl) Qurban, a vow (nadhr) sacrifice, an Aqiqah for the birth of a child, and shukr or shifa sacrifices. Large-animal and camel shares are available for bigger intentions.
We record every sacrifice on video. Your animal is sacrificed with the donor's name mentioned, and we send you the video of the sacrifice, so you can see for yourself that your donation reached the people it was meant for.

Yes. You can give your Qurban in the name of another person, a deceased relative, or the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Simply enter the name in the order form.
If you cannot carry out the sacrifice yourself, or you want it performed and donated somewhere you will not see, you give ILA Europe e.V. the authority (vekalet) to buy the animal, perform the sacrifice, divide the shares and distribute the meat. Every animal is sacrificed with the besmele and in the name of the person it is intended for.
A nafl Qurbani is a voluntary sacrifice given outside the obligatory Eid Qurbani, for a personal intention: a shukr Qurbani in thanks for a blessing received, a shifa Qurbani with the intention of healing, an Aqiqah for the birth of a child, and a vow (adak) Qurbani once a promise has been fulfilled.
Five kinds of animal are suitable: camel, buffalo, cattle, sheep and goat. A camel, buffalo or cow counts for up to seven people (seven shares), while a sheep or goat counts for one person only — it cannot be shared between several members of a family.
